Oh and if we can't sell (which we know we can) we don't charge you. That's how confident we are in being able to get the price you want for you home.

2. Lettings with S Vance & Co, we offer a fully managed service from 8% + VAT. Looking to use up for lettings? We offer a simple 8% + VAT lettings fee on your rent. No hidden fees just a simple flat rate of 8& + VAT (negotiable on volume of stock).

3. Part of the Property Ombudsman Scheme. S.Vance & Co are part of the Property Ombudsman Scheme to give you the peace of mind and security that you are in safe hands.
4. In house financial services of over 300 lenders. Looking for you next mortgage or first time buyer in need of help? We offer the largest panel of lenders to all our clients looking to finance for their next deal. With over 300 lenders on our panel we're sure we will be able to help you find the right mortgage for you.

5. Complete Solicitor Service Looking to complete and don't have or know a solicitor? We can offer you a list of approves solicitor in the city who we have dealt with on a number of occasions. These guys are independent from us, there are no kick backs we just want to offer our customers the best level of service and the solicitors we recommend are ones we've dealt with before and know how to get the job done.
